Rep. Jaime Greene opposed Senate Bills 613-616 in a 2:30 a.m. vote last week. Michigan voters approved Proposal 1 in 2022 — a constitutional amendment to require legislators, the governor, and other state officials to report their personal finances — and Greene said the bills should require more detailed disclosure and tougher penalties.
